This visit covers 1 skin condition.
Appropriate for Quick Medication Refills not requiring laboratory monitoring.

This is a more expanded visit conducted over video conference.

Add good-quality photos.
The visit Fee is $150 per 15 minutes of consultation.
These visits are appropriate for acne, rosacea, psoriasis, rash, hair loss, etc.
Payment is collected upfront.
(Refunds Processing Fee $25 applies to all Refunds)

Fill out your info, visit info & insurance info.
Fill out all forms requested by the doctor.
Provide good quality photos if available.
Insurance will be verified by our staff prior to visit time.
Pay Your Co-Pay or Visit Fee
Conduct your visit online as scheduled and schedule follow-up if needed.
Pick up medications at your selected pharmacy.
Be aware of $25 refund fee in case of cancellation and need for refunding
For patients with Medical Insurance.
If a co-pay is due, only the co-pay and the amount not covered by insurance will be due. Co-pays are collected prior to your visit.
It is strongly recommended to confirm your insurance coverage for Dermatologist LLC (Fl) or Helix Dermatology and Skin Surgery Institute, LLC (Oh) prior to your visit. You can do that by going to your insurance company's website or calling them. If your insurance requires a referral letter to see a specialist, upload it prior to your visit.
The patient is fully responsible for unpaid insurance bills.
